摘要
延长气田采气二厂甲醇污水预处理装置原采用间歇式工艺,污水处理规模小,人工操作繁琐。为提高污水处理量和减少员工劳动强度,对装置现有工艺进行了改造。首先,在涡流反应沉降罐前增加流量调节阀,在其后增加液位调节阀,既实现了甲醇污水连续处理,又确保了沉降罐中污水与化学药剂拥有足够的反应停留时间;其次,改造过程中对污水中的pH值调节剂、絮凝剂、氧化剂等化学药剂注入量进行了优化调整,满足了连续处理污水条件下水质仍然达到指标要求。工艺改造效果表明,污水连续处理后,装置处理能力由120m3/d提高至180m^3/d,提高了自动化程度,减少了人员工作量及单位水处理成本。
Batch preconditioning process for methanol sewage is used to be adopted in No.2 Gas Production Plant of Yanchang Gas Field,which is a small-scale and tedious process. In order to increase processing capacity and reduce labor intensity, technological transformation is carried out. First, the flow control valve and liquid level control valve are added in front of and behind the vortex settling tank,which not only ensures the continuous feed of methanol sewage,but also ensures the sufficient residence time of sewage and chemicals in the settling tank. Second, adjustment and optimization on the dosage of chemical agents adding in the sewage, including pH conditioning agent, flocculating agent and oxidant, are implemented during transformation process, which satisfies the water quality under continuous feed of sewage. The transformation effect shows that the device processing capacity increases from 120 m^3 /d to 180 m^3 /dafter continuous treatment,the degree of automation is improved, the labor intensity significantly is reduced,and the cost of sewage treatment is dropped.
