摘要
大庆油田电网自动化系统是保证电网安全可靠、稳定和经济运行,以及提高调度运行管理水平的重要手段。近年来,大庆油田电网自动化主站系统已经形成以电网调度自动化主站系统为核心节点,星火、会战和各采油厂的集控中心主站为终端节点的星形网络。为了保证各主站系统之间的电网模型、图形资源实现共享,减少重复性的绘制工作,提高绘制的工作效率,提出对油田电网自动化主站系统公共图形部分的绘制标准进行规范,在依据IEC61970/IEC61968系列标准实现自动化主站系统之间图形数据交换和共享的同时,对公共图形在整体布局、设备模型制作要求、数据类型标注方式等方面给出了统一的标准,对现运行主站系统公共图形的标准化实施给予具体的建议,保证其公共图形的完整性、一致性和准确性。
Daqing Oilfield power grid dispatching automation master station system is a major mean to ensure operating power grid safely,reliably,stably and economically and to improve operation management level. In recent years,the system has been a start-type network,with power grid dispatching automation master station system as its core node,and with central control main stations of Xinghuo, Huizhan and each oil production plant as its terminal nodes. In order to share power grid model and graphics resource among main station systems,reduce repetitive drawing work and achieve higher effi- ciency and greater economic benefits, it is put forward to norms the on standardization of common graphics drawing of oilfield power grid automation master stations, realize exchange and sharing of graphical data among systems based on the IEC 61970/IEC 61968 series of standards,give a uniform standard in overall layout, equipment modeling requirements, data type annotation and etc., give concrete suggestions for the standardization implementation of the public graphics of the current operating system,so as to ensure the integrity,consistency and accuracy of public graphics at all levels of the system.
