摘要 随着安塞油田40年来持续开发,原油含水率不断上升,加之多层位混合开发,导致油田地面集输系统管道腐蚀日益严重,制约了油田高效、快速发展。近年来,油田通过开展管道腐蚀机理研究,针对管道腐蚀以局部为主的特点,开展了管道补强、在役管道内防腐及管道内衬等管道修复技术试验,不断丰富、完善管道修复过程控制与质量管理标准,初步建成了具有安塞油田特点的管道修复体系,在有效降低油田管道失效率的同时,降低了管道隐患治理成本。 With the continuous development of Ansai Oilfield in the past 40 years, the continuous increase of crude oil moisture content and the mixed development of multiple layers lead to increasingly serious pipeline corrosion in the surface gathering and transportation system of oilfield,which restricts the efficient and rapid development of oilfield. In recent years,the oilfield has carried out research on pipeline corrosion mechanism and carried out technical tests on pipeline repair,such as pipeline reinforcement,in-service pipeline corrosion prevention and pipeline lining. Meanwhile,it is continuously enriching and improving pipeline repair process control and quality management standards. The pipeline repair system with the characteristics of Ansai Oilfield has been preliminarily built,which can effectively reduce oilfield pipeline failure efficiency and reduce the cost of pipeline hidden trouble treatment.
