摘要
管道运营期会产生大量的日常记录、监测、检测数据,由于不同类型数据存在内容、格式、精度上的差异,造成部分数据不能进行关联、匹配,无法实现数据的高效管理与应用。管道中线数据具有精度高、关联性好、一劳永逸等特点,在管道完整性管理过程中常以管道中线作为数据匹配、GIS展示、特征定位的基础。探讨管道中线数据在管道完整性管理过程中的基础应用后,对现有管道中线数据现状进行分析,发现现有管道中线数据存在内容、精度以及采集密度上的不足。从标准与需求两个方面提出管道中线数据优化措施,可为完整性管理的顺利实施提供可靠的数据支撑。
During the pipeline operation period,a large number of daily records,monitoring and inspection data is generated. Due to the differences in content,format and precision of different types of data,a large amount of data cannot be correlated and matched,and efficient management and applica- tion of data cannot be realized. Pipeline center line has characteristics such as high precision,good correlation and once for all. In the process of pipeline integrity management,pipeline center line is often used as the basis for data matching,GIS display and feature location. After discussing the basic application of pipeline center line data in the pipeline integrity management process,the current situation of the existing pipeline center line data is analyzed. It is found that the existing pipeline center line data has deficiency in content,accuracy and collection density. The pipeline center line data optimization measures are proposed from both the point of view of standards and requirements to provide reliable data support for the smooth implementation of integrity management.
