可视化云协同系统在新疆油田某项目审图过程中的应用

摘要 新疆油田某增压及深冷提效工程项目具有参与方多、工程量大、涉及面广、工艺流程复杂等特点,在设计建设过程中累积了大量的数据和文档,在项目审图过程中存在图纸资料零散、版本不统一、查找不方便等问题,严重影响审图工作的效率与质量。应用可视化技术解决各专业孤立、协同效率低的问题,在提高新疆油田设计建设环节中审图效率与质量方面具有重要意义。采用三维模型解析、模型轻量化处理、模型动态加载等关键技术,设计并研发了可视化云协同系统,实现包括项目管理,三维模型与图纸的上传、关联、在线批注、会审,以及任务协同等功能;在提高图纸、模型会审质量与效率的同时,确保图纸、模型的集中统一管理及图纸资料的可持续应用。该系统在新疆油田增压及深冷提效工程项目中取得良好的应用效果。 One pressurization and cryogenic effect-raising project in Xinjiang Oilfield has many features,such as many participants,large amounts of work,wide coverage and complex process flows, and a large amount of data and documents are accumulated during the design and construction process. There are some problems in the process of project drawing review,such as scattered drawings,inconsistent versions and inconvenient searching,which seriously affect the efficiency and quality of drawing review. The application of visualization technology can solve problems of the isolation and low collabo- ration efficiency among various specialties,and it has great significance in improving the efficiency and quality of drawing review in the design and construction links of Xinjiang Oilfield. Based on key technologies such as three-dimensional model analysis,model lightweight technology and model dynamic loading, a visual cloud system is designed and developed, and functions including project manage- ment, threedimensional model and drawing uploading, association, online annotation, joint review,task collaboration,etc. While improving the quality and efficiency of drawing and model joint review,it also can ensure the centralized and unified management of drawing model,which improves the sustainable application of drawing data resources. The system has achieved good application results in the pressurization and cryogenic effect-raising project in Xinjiang Oilfield.
