Effect of SOP Training on Occupational Stress of Geriatrics Rotation Nurses

目的探讨SOP培训对老年科轮转护士职业压力的效果研究。方法2015年1月-2017年12月,选取复旦大学附属中山医院老年科75名轮转护士,以2015年1月-2016年6月的36名轮转护士为对照组,以2016年7月-2017年12月的39名轮转护士为观察组。在对两组研究对象进行需求调查的基础上制作SOP培训包,对照组采用常规培训,观察组采用SOP培训,比较SOP培训对于减轻老年科轮转护士职业压力的效果。结果培训需求调查结果显示护士认为最需要了解的工作内容依次是工作流程、领导性格和专科特色;最担心的问题均为同事关系、物品放置和治疗护理。观察组的焦虑心理状态显著低于对照组(P<0.05),而顺其自然、努力适应的心理状态显著高于对照组(P<0.05),且适应工作的所需时间也显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论SOP培训可有效提高老年科轮转护士护理工作的实施,有利于护士的心理能力建设,降低职业压力,提升轮转护士在老年科中的职业素养。

Objective To investigate the effect of SOP training on occupational stress of geriatrics rotation nurses. Methods From January 2015 to December 2017, 75 rotation nurses from the Geriatrics of Zhongshan Hospital affiliated to Fudan University were selected. 36 rotation nurses from January 2015 to June 2016 were used as the control group. 39 rotation nurses from July 2016 to December 2017 were used as the observation group. The SOP training package was prepared on the basis of the needs survey of the two groups of subjects,the control group used routine training, and the observation group used SOP training to compare the effect of SOP training on reducing the occupational stress of the geriatrics rotation nurses. Results The results of the training needs survey showed that, nurses.. greatest needs to understand were workflow, leadership character and specialty features. The most worrying issues were colleague relationship, item placement and treatment and nursing. The anxiety state of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0. 05), while the psychological state of adapting to the natural and hard-working was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0. 05), and the time required for adaptation work was also significantly shorter than that of the control group(P<0. 05). Conclusion SOP training can effectively improve the implementation of nursing work for geriatric rotation nurses, which is conducive to construct nurses.. psychological ability, reduce the incidence of occupational stress, and improve the professional quality of rotation nurses in geriatrics.
