Establishment of a Hospital Medical Group

介绍作为城市三级综合医院在推进医疗集团建设上进行的积极探索和努力实践,探讨如何发挥三级医院的资源优势,建立医疗资源纵向整合、分工协调的合作机制,加快形成基层首诊、双向转诊、急慢分治、上下联动的分级诊疗模式,为进一步推动公立医院医疗集团建设提供参考。

To introduce the active exploration and enactment of the process to establish a medical group, on the basis of a tertiary class A general hospital;and to discuss how resources are optimized for a hospital of an equal size and scale, establishing medical resource hierarchies and systems around work allocation, expediting the process to primary consultation, dual-directional referrals, prioritization of emergency medical care, and collaborative medical processes, in order to further improve methodologies to set up a public hospital medical group.
