摘要
人才是医院可持续发展的第一资源。文章立足于公立医院人才建设过程中存在的问题,以胸科医院为依托,积极探索医生、研究、药技、护理和管理五个系列的第一梯队、第二梯队、第三梯队人才培养模式,通过工作实践,构建起“五个系列三个梯队”的人才培养框架体系,并建立健全新形势下公立医院人才“选拔、培养、考核、奖惩”的“四维一体”的滚动循环工作机制。
Talent is the first resource for the sustainable development of hospital. In order to set up the framework of “five systems three echelons”, and to establish and perfect “four dimensional integration” cycle work mechanism on the selection, cultivation, evaluation, rewards and punishments for the talents in public hospital under new period by Shanghai Chest Hospital, this article aims at the current problems that exist in process of the talent building in public hospitals, and actively explores the talent building mechanisms of the three echelons in the five systems of doctor, research, medical technology, nurse, and management.
