摘要
随着规模水平的增长和结算流程的日益繁复,医院客观上需要整合门诊、住院收/结算及账务处理流程,形成一体化的结算机制。文章首先从分析目前医院银行卡交易结算的弊端出发,指出构建医患银一体化结算模式对医院提高患者满意度、控制财务风险的重要意义,然后阐述某院构建医患银一体化住院结算新模式的思路、设计方案及取得的成效,进而描述新模式在实施过程中应把握的三个要点。
With the growth of scale and increasingly complicated settlement process, the hospital objectively needs to integrate the out-patient service, inpatient receipt and settlement, and accounting treatment process to form an integrated settlement mechanism. First, this article embarks from the analysis of the disadvantages of current hospital card transaction settlement, points out the great significance of the construction of doctor-patient-bank integration settlement mode in improving patients.. satisfaction and controlling financial risk. Then, it expounds the new mode of thinking and design scheme which builds an integrated hospital bank card settlement between hospital, patient and bank in a hospital. Finally, it analyzes three key points of the new model during practice.
