摘要
“三治”合一是新时代实施乡村振兴战略的重要基石,当前“三治”合一面临自治不力、规范式微、运行不畅等困境,实现民间法的现代转型,强化民间法的政治功能、规范功能、价值导向功能是有效的对策。
The combination of 3 governances is the cornerstone of rural vitalization in new era. However, there are problems in its implementation such as defective self-governance, lack of standards and slow operation. The transformation of nongovernmental laws and the intensification of its political, standardized and value-oriented functions are effective strategies.
