摘要
文章基于2018年亚太地区大学生数学建模竞赛B题A市人才数据,分别采用模糊C均值聚类和灰色预测法对A市人才现状和未来三年的需求趋势进行建模分析,以期对其他城市人才需求的研究有所裨益。结果表明,该市目前对高素质人才需求较少,未形成以高素质人才驱动经济发展的局面;未来三年人才数量会以46%~61%左右的比例稳定增长。
In this paper,based on the talent datas of A city in question B of the 2018 Asian-Pacific University Students' Mathematical Modeling Contest,fuzzy C-means clustering and grey prediction methods are respectively used to model and analyze the current situation of talent in A city and the demand trend in the next three years,so as to be beneficial to the research of talent demand in other cities.The results show that the city currently has less demand for high-quality talents and has not formed a situation in which economic development is driven by high-quality talents.In the next three years,the number of talents will steadily increase by 46%~61%.
