摘要
设计了一种新型可移动无尘自动黑板擦。首先,根据实际需求对新型黑板擦进行总体设计,并对其移动、无尘和自动相关结构进行了设计;其次,对黑板擦的吸力、面积和推杆推力等参数进行设计和分析计算;最后,通过ANSYS软件对黑板擦主要零部件进行强度验证,结果显示设计符合要求。
A new type of movable dust-free automatic blackboard eraser was designed. Firstly, the overall design of the new blackboard eraser was carried out according to the actual needs, and the related structures of the mobile, dust-free and automatic were designed;secondly, the suction, area and thrust of the blackboard eraser were designed and calculated;finally, the software ANSYS was used. The strength of the main parts of the blackboard eraser was verified, and the results show that the design meets the requirements.
