Some Thoughts on Revitalization of Rural Culture

乡村文化振兴是实施乡村振兴战略的智慧源泉和内生动力,是基于当下我国乡村文化日趋衰落现实的自我觉醒与积极应对,是对优秀传统文化的挖掘、传承与复兴。乡村文化振兴的基本内涵是对中国乡土社会、乡土文化的极大弘扬,并以社会主义核心价值观为引领,构建中国特色社会主义乡村文化体系,为世界文化多元性提供中国样本。应全面系统分析乡村文化振兴与乡村产业振兴、人才振兴、生态振兴和组织振兴的内在逻辑关系,积极探索乡村道德建设与人的全面发展方式、发展特色文化产业、强化乡村传统文化生产性保护,是构建完善的乡村公共文化服务体系等乡村文化振兴的有效路径。

The source of wisdom and endogenous power to implement the strategy of rural revitalization,revitalization of rural culture is a self-awakening and positive response to the reality of declining rural culture and represents the excavation,inheritance and revival of fine traditional culture. This paper aims to clarify the basic connotations of rural culture revitalization,which include promoting the development of Chinese rural society and rural culture,building up a socialist rural cultural system with Chinese characteristics governed by socialist core values and providing Chinese samples for the cultural diversity of the world. The paper gives a comprehensive and systematic analysis of the internal logical relationship between rural cultural,industrial,talent,ecological and organizational revitalization. It also explores the effective paths for revitalizing rural culture, such as constructing rural morality for all-round development of people,developing characteristic cultural industries,strengthening the productive protection of traditional rural culture and establishing a sound rural public cultural service system.
