摘要
军工物资系统原采用项目锁定物料的库存管理方式,存在众多问题,如物料超期严重,企业成本上升,无法满足项目周期短、平、快的高要求。为了解决以上问题,在信息化基础上,提出了库存虚拟化的概念。库存虚拟化是指项目的需求与物料属性的信息流关联,不锁定库存实物及采购中的在途物料,只有实际出库时,才按照先入先出的原则对实物库存进行发料。库存虚拟化的算法主要涉及可利库数量自动配套和出库的计算。基于JAVA编程的算法,在某单位物资系统得以实现,大大降低了库存成本,实现了先入先出以及多仓库的资源共享。
Military material system used to adopt the inventory management mode of specific project locking material.There are many problems for the mode,such as serious material overtime and rising cost,which can not meet the high requirements of short project cycle.In order to solve these above problems,the concept of inventory virtualization is put forward on the basis of informatization.Inventory virtualization refers to the information flow relationship between project requirements and material attributes,which does not lock inventory materials and in-transit materials in purchasing.Only when the materials are actually discharged from the warehouse,the stock material should be dispatched according to the principle of first-in, first-out.The algorithm of inventory virtualization mainly involves the calculation of the inventory utilization,the automatic matching and the outgoing.The algorithm based on JAVA programming can be implemented in material system for specific mechanism,which greatly reduces the inventory cost and realizes the strategy of first-in,first-out.Besides,it′s realized that the resource sharing of multi-warehouse.
