进入21世纪以来,由于国民经济持续快速发展和人民生活水平的不断提高,国家展开了一系列成品油质量升级的专项行动,油品质量升级加快了进程、扩大了范围、提高了产品标准并向国际先进水平看齐。国Ⅵ标准的公布和执行不仅说明我国车用汽柴油质量已经达到了欧洲现阶段质量要求,也意味着我国已进入油品的高清洁化阶段。

Since the beginning of the 21st century,due to the sustained and rapid development of the national economy and the continuous improvement of people's living standards,the state has launched a series of special actions to upgrade the quality of refined oil products,through which the upgrading of oil quality has been accelerated,the oil products scope has been expanded,and the oil products standards have been promoted to the international advanced level.The publication and implementation of the national VI standard not only indicates that the quality of China's automotive gasoline and diesel has reached the current quality requirements in Europe,but also means that China has entered the stage of high cleanliness of oil products.
