石化企业储罐挥发性有机物排放控制策略

Tactics in Control of VOCs Emission in Storage Tanks of Petrochemical Enterprises

石化企业储罐环节排放的挥发性有机物(VOCs)是VOCs排放总量的主要组成部分。文章论述了储罐VOCs排放的主要来源,对比了国内外储罐VOCs排放控制要求,列举了现有的储罐VOCs治理技术。建议石化企业的储罐VOCs排放控制应主要从以下3个方面着手:根据储存物料的真实蒸气压和设计容积选择最合理的罐型,VOCs排放量较大的储罐采取安装蒸气平衡、油气回收或处理设施的方法控制排放,实施泄漏检测与维修计划。

Volatile organic compounds (VOCs) emitted from storage tanks of petrochemical enterprises are the main components of total VOCs emissions.This paper discussed the main sources of VOCs emissions from storage tanks,compared the emission control requirements of storage tanks VOCs in domestic and foreign countries,and introduced the existing storage tanks VOCs treatment technologies.The discharge control of storage tanks VOCs in petrochemical enterprises should be conducted from three aspects: selection of the most reasonable tank type according to the actual vapor pressure and design volume of the stored materials;control of the VOCs emissions of storage tanks with large VOCs emissions through installation of steam balance,and oil and gas recovery or treatment facilities;and implementation of leak detection and maintenance plans.
