摘要
应用“厌氧-好氧”工艺处理对苯二甲酸废水,在正常情况下,废水厌氧处理过程中可产生沼气7000~8000m^3/d,将沼气回送至对苯二甲酸生产装置精制单元热媒炉,以代替部分燃料气,可降低燃料气约5000m^3/d,年节约成本500万元左右,可降低能耗4.8kg/t产品(以标油计)。
The “anaerobic-aerobic” process is applied to treat terephthalic acid wastewater.Under normal conditions,biogas of 7000~8000m^3 can be produced in the process of anaerobic treatment of wastewater in one day,and if the biogas is sent back to the heat medium furnace of terephthalic acid production unit to replace part of the fuel gas,the fuel gas can be reduced by about 5000m^3/d,about RMB 5 million can be saved in one year,and the energy consumption per ton of product can be reduced by 4.8 kg (based on the standard oil).
