摘要
提出了基于波形重构法的径向气隙磁密和径向电磁力波解析计算方法,简化了永磁电机电磁振动和噪声(EVAN)的计算过程,解决了永磁电机径向电磁力波计算较为复杂的难题。首先介绍了波形重构法计算永磁电机EVAN的理论依据。然后,以1台永磁电机为例,详细介绍了运用波形重构法计算永磁电机电磁振动噪声的具体步骤。最后,对电机EVAN进行多物理场有限元仿真,将波形重构法计算结果与有限元仿真结果对比,在误差允许范围内二者的计算结果具有一致性,由此验证了波形重构法计算电机EVAN的准确性。
An analytical method of calculating the radial airgap flux density and electromagnetic force wave based on waveform reconstruction method was proposed, which simplified the calculation process of electromagnetic vibration and noise (EVAN) of permanent magnet motor and solved the complex problem of calculating the radial electromagnetic force wave of permanent magnet motor. Firstly, the theoretical basis of waveform reconstruction method to calculate EVAN of permanent magnet motor was introduced. Then, taking a permanent magnet motor as an example, the steps of calculating the EVAN of permanent magnet motor using waveform reconstruction method were introduced in detail. Finally, the multi-physical field finite element simulation of EVAN of the permanent magnet motor was carried out, and the calculation results of waveform reconstruction method were compared with those of finite element simulation results. Within the allowable range of error, the calculation results of the two methods were consistent, which verified the accuracy of waveform reconstruction method in calculating the EVAN of permanent magnet motor.
