基于倾角仪与测量机器人的异形桥变形监测研究 被引量:1

摘要 为研究影响异形结构桥梁变形的因素,分析不同测量手段反映异形桥变形的灵敏度,以吉林省延边朝鲜族自治州安图县二道白河镇美人松空中廊桥公园内空中廊桥为例,采用倾角仪和测量机器人联合的方式,在顾及荷载、风向和风速的作用下,测定廊桥的倾斜角和位移量,获取两套独立观测数据。通过正交试验分析荷载、风向和风速对廊桥倾斜程度的影响,并通过灵敏度试验分析两种测量手段反映廊桥变形的灵敏度。研究结果表明,倾角仪和测量机器人都能较高精度地反映廊桥变形且数据相近,倾角仪反映廊桥变形灵敏度更高,廊桥变形主要受荷载和风速影响。 In order to study the factors affecting the deformation of bridges with special-shaped structures,analyze the sensitivity of different measurement methods reflecting the deformation of the shaped bridge,the aerial bridge in the Air Gallery Bridge Park located at Meirensong of Erdaobaihe Town, Antu County, Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture, Jilin,is taken as an example.Using a combination of inclinometer and measuring robot,taking into account load, wind direction and wind speed, the inclination angle and displacement of the bridge are measured, and two sets of independent observation data are obtained. The influence of load, wind direction and wind speed on the inclination of the bridge is analyzed by orthogonal test,and the sensitivity of the bridge deformation reflected by two measurement methods is analyzed through sensitivity test.The results show that both the inclinometer and the measuring robot can reflect the deformation of the bridge with high precision and the data is similar,of which the inclinometer is more sensitive. The deformation of the bridge is mainly affected by the load and wind speed.
