摘要
常规的电动执行机构一般都是定速输出,无法实现缓启进而产生冲击,影响机械部件的寿命。为此,本文介绍一种基于调速型电动执行机构的高精度阀门控制方法。执行机构利用可调速电机驱动模块,接收目标指令,计算当前位置,根据目标位置规划速度曲线。执行机构按照此种方式运行,可以减少冲击,同时提高控制精度,减少过冲带来的振荡现象。
Conventional electric actuators usually give output at constant speed,which cannot achieve slow start and thus produce impact,affecting the life of mechanical components.This paper introduces a high precision valve control method based on variable speed electric actuator.The actuator uses the adjustable speed motor drive module to receive the target instructions,calculate the current position,and plan the speed curve according to the target position.The operation of the actuator in this way can reduce the impact,improve the control accuracy and reduce the oscillation caused by overshoot.
