摘要
传统输电网规划方案综合评价过程依赖专家主观因素,为解决综合评价方法客观性不足的问题,采用熵权VIKOR法对输电网规划方案进行综合评价,并引入灰色关联分析法形成隶属度矩阵,改善了熵权法隶属度矩阵模块度差的特性,再通过群体效益及个别遗憾值优选的方式对规划方案进行定量评价,最后对该方法的有效性进行了仿真校验。
The comprehensive evaluation process of traditional transmission network planning depends on the subjective factors of experts.In order to solve the problem of insufficient objectivity of the comprehensive evaluation method,the entropy weight VIKOR method is used to evaluate the transmission network planning scheme synthetically.The membership degree matrix is formed by the grey relational analysis method,which improves the characteristics of the degree difference of the membership degree matrix of entropy weight method.Then a quantitative evaluation on the planning scheme is carried out by means of group benefit and individual regret values optimization.Finally,the validity of the method is verified by simulation.
