充气开关柜气室压力在线监测技术探讨

Discussion on On-line Monitoring Technology of Gas Chamber Pressure in Gas-Insulated Metal-Enclosed Switchgear

针对传统机械式压力表不能实时监测气室压力值,更不能反映和评价开关柜的绝缘、灭弧性能的优劣程度的问题,提出了一种充气开关柜气室压力在线监测技术。介绍了在线式远程气压表和在线监测系统的设计,通过现场测试证明该系统能实现压力值的测量和处理。

In view of the problem that traditional mechanical pressure gauges can not monitor the gas chamber pressure in real time and can not reflect and evaluate the insulation and arc extinguishing performance of the switchgear,an on-line monitoring technology for gas chamber pressure of gas-insulated metal-enclosed switchgear is proposed.The design of on-line remote barometer and on-line monitoring system is introduced.The field test proves that the system can measure and process the pressure value.
