摘要
针对灾害条件下应急供电系统难以快速组网的问题,设计一种基于分散控制的微电网控制策略,实现应急电源快速分散组网及应急微电网频率、电压稳定性控制。根据所提控制策略,设计了相应的应急电源控制器;搭建了由2台应急电源组成的试验平台,模拟了应急微电网的试验环境,实现了在分层分散控制下应急电源投入、切除及负荷快速变动的试验。研究结果表明,该应急电源分散控制可实现灾害条件下应急微电网的快速分散组网。
In view of the difficulty of rapid networking of emergency power supply system under disasters,a microgrid control strategy based on decentralized control is designed to realize rapid decentralized networking of emergency power supply and the frequency and voltage stability control of the emergency microgrid.According to the strategy,a corresponding controller of emergency power supply is designed.And a test platform composed of two emergency power supplies is built to simulate the real environment of the emergency microgrid.The emergency power switching under hierarchical and decentralized control is also realized.The results show that the decentralized control of emergency power supply can realize the rapid decentralized networking of emergency microgrid under disasters.
