石墨填料失效原因分析

摘要 根据B型石墨填料在使用中出现的问题及产生的破碎现象,分析了B型石墨和A型石墨填料的物理性能、化学成分和金相照片,A型石墨填料明显优于B型石墨填料。通过提纯,减少了B型石墨填料的杂质,降低了其灰分含量。提纯后的B型石墨填料在生产线上试验了62天,仍产生了提纯前的破碎现象,证明了B型石墨填料失效的主要原因是颗粒度较大。 According to the problems of B-type graphite filler in use and the resulting fracture phenomenon,the author analyzed physical properties,chemical compositions and metallographic photos of both B-type and A-type graphite fillers.A-type graphite filler was significantly better than B-type.Purification reduced impurities and ash content in B-type graphite filler.The purified B-type graphite filler was tested on the production line for 62 days,producing the same fragmentation as before,which proved that the main cause for the failure of B-type graphite filler was the larger particle size.
