摘要
山西省是采煤大省,改革开放以来随着经济建设的开发,在公路建设、工业厂房等诸多工程建设中都会遇到下伏煤矿采空区,近年来在许多城市建设中高层楼房地基下部也遇到多层煤矿采空区,为保证高层建筑的正常使用,多采用对煤矿采空区进行注浆处理的方法对地基进行加固,钻探、注浆施工工艺及注浆配比的选取是双层煤矿采空区治理质量控制的主要因素,施工中的钻探、注浆方法是治理高层楼房地基下伏双层煤矿采空区工程质量控制的关键。下面以山西省某一工程实例,对鹏龙房地产开发(晋城)有限公司梧桐苑(A地块)建设项目采空区治理工程施工中所采用的工艺流程、钻探、注浆方法及经验进行系统的总结。
Shanxi Province is a major coal mining province. Since the reform and opening up, with the development of economic construction, many engineering projects such as highway construction,industrial plant construction will encounter the underlying goaf of coal mine. In recent years, in many urban construction, the lower part of the foundation of high-rise buildings will also encounter multi-storey coal mine goaf. In order to ensure the safety of highrise buildings, grouting treatment is often used to reinforce the foundation of goaf in coal mine. The drilling, grouting construction technology and selection of grouting ratio is the main factor for quality control of goaf treatment in double-deck coal mine.Drilling and grouting methods in construction are the key to quality control of goaf treatment project in double-deck coal mine under high-rise building foundation. Taking a project in Shanxi Province as an example, this paper systematically summarizes the process flow, drilling, grouting method and experience adopted in the goaf treatment project of Wutongyuan(Block A) Construction Project of Penglong Real Estate Development(Jincheng) Co., Ltd.
