摘要 针对嵌入式以太网设备在传输距离上受限,不能很好地应用于需要远程网络传输的场景,设计了一种适合长距离网络传输的光纤以太网传输系统,以DM9161EP和STM32F407嵌入式芯片为核心,进行了嵌入式以太网光纤传输的硬件与软件设计。首先给出了系统的总体设计框架,详细分析并设计了供电电路与光纤以太网通讯电路,在硬件基础上根据芯片性能完成了DM9161EP芯片驱动设计,移植应用LWIP协议栈使系统实现了TCP/IP协议功能。最后通过样品进行测试,表明文中设计的以太网传输方案在长距离传输时具有良好的稳定性,具备低延时、低丢包率的特性,十分适合工业领域等需要长距离传输的应用场景使用。 In view of the limited transmission distance of embedded Ethernet devices,which cannot be well applied to the scenarios requiring remote network transmission,a fiber optic Ethernet transmission system suitable for long distance network transmission was designed.Taking STM32F407 and DM9161EP chip as the core,the design of software and hardware of embedded Ethernet optical fiber transfer was conducted.The overall design framework of the system was presented first,the supply circuit and optic fiber Ethernet communication circuit were analyzed and designed in detail,the DM9161EP chip drive design was com pleted according to chip performance based on hardware,and LWIP protocol stack was transplanted and applied to make the sys temachieveTCP/IPprotocolfunction.TheanalysisresultsshowthattheopticalfiberEthernettransferdesignedinthispaperpos sesses a good stability during long distance transfer,and the characteristics of low latency and low packet loss rate,which is very suitable for the use of industrial circles demanding the application scenes of long distance transfer.
