摘要
为了确保风力发电机组持续、稳定运行,设计了一种基于物联网的风力发电机组状态实时监测系统。系统以嵌入式ARM-Linux为控制核心,采用多个传感器组实时监测发电机的转速、转矩以及工作温度等参数,通过4G网络传输方式将所采集到的数据打包后统一发送到数据服务器中心,最终在PC机端实时查看监测到的数据。实际试验结果表明,系统能有效监测到发电机组的转速、工作温度以及电网参数等数据,为风力发电机的故障预测以及故障诊断提供坚实的数据基础。
In order to ensure the continuous and stable operation of wind turbines,a real time monitoring system for wind tur bines based on the Internet of things was designed.With embedded ARM-linux as the control core,the system adopted multiple sensor groups to monitor the parameters such as the speed,torque and operating temperature of the generator in real time.The col lected data was packaged and sent to the data server center through 4G network transmission,and the monitored data was finally viewed in real time on the PC terminal.The actual test results show that the system can effectively monitor the data of generating set speed,torque,operating temperature and power grid parameters,and provide a solid data foundation for fault prediction and fault diagnosis of wind turbines.
