基于ZigBee的废弃电器电子拆解工位视频采集与报警工位终端设计

摘要 当今高科技的电子电器产品给人类带来便捷的同时,废弃的产品也随之大量增加,对其处理不当将威胁到我们的生存环境.因此,提高国家正规回收处理企业的拆解效率及生产能力迫在眉睫.针对废弃电子电器回收处理的正规企业生产过程,设计基于ZigBee的废弃电器电子拆解工位视频采集与报警工位终端.设计采用ZigBee的MESH网路结构,ZigBee网络中协调器收到路由节点的数据,通过透传方式转换成TCP/IP数据,再由服务器的数据接收服务进行处理.服务器发送给路由节点的TCP/IP数据,通过网络透传方式发送给协调器,再由协调器通过无线ZigBee网络传送到目的节点.该设计提高了废弃电器电子产品的分类和审核速度,大幅度减少了人工审核工作. Nowadays,high-tech electronic and electrical products bring convenience to human beings.At the same time,the number of discarded products also increased.The improper handling of them will threaten our living environment.It is urgent to improve the dismantling efficiency and production capacity of the national formal recycling enterprises.Electronic disassembly station video acquisition and alarm station terminal based on ZigBee waste electric appliance is designed point at the production process of waste electronic and electrical equipment recycling and disposal formal enterprise.The device is designed based on the MESH network architecture of ZigBee.Coordinator in the ZigBee network receives data from routing node,and converts the data into TCP/IP data through transmission mode.The data is handled by the server′s data receiving service.TCP/IP data sent by the server to the routing node is transmitted to the coordinator via network transmission mode,and then transmitted to the destination node by the coordinator through the wireless ZigBee network.This design improves the classification and auditing speed of waste electrical and electronic products,and greatly reduces manual auditing work.
