摘要
采用等体积超声浸渍法制备了La、Ga、Zn改性的HZSM-5分子筛,通过XRD、N2吸附-脱附、NH3-TPD及Py-IR表征手段对金属改性HZSM-5分子筛进行了物理化学性质表征,并进一步考察了其催化甲醇制芳烃反应性能。实验结果表明,三种金属改性均可提高产物中总芳烃含量,其中Zn改性的Zn/HZSM-5分子筛,具有最高的C6~C8芳烃选择性;Ga改性的Ga/HZSM-5分子筛与Zn/HZSM-5分子筛相似,但低于Zn/HZSM-5分子筛;而La改性的La/HZSM-5分子筛具有最高的C9、C10芳烃选择性。
La,Ga or Zn-modified HZSM-5 zeolites were prepared by incipient wetness ultrasonic impregnation and characterized by XRD,N2 adsorption-desorption,NH3-TPD and Py-IR.The catalytic performances of the modified HZSM-5 zeolites in the reaction of methanol-to-aromatics (MTA) were investigated.The results showed that all of the three metals effectively improved the selectivity of total aromatics,in particular,the Zn/HZSM-5 catalyst has the highest selectivity of C6-C8 aromatics.The Ga/HZSM-5 catalyst exhibited similar selectivity of C6-C8 aromatics,but slightly lower than that of the Zn/HZSM-5 catalyst.The La/HZSM-5 catalyst,however,had highest selectivity of C9 and C10 aromatics.
