摘要
工程建设项目EPC管理模式在国内逐步兴起。探讨了在管理过程中,建设单位扮演怎样的角色,才能既体现EPC管理优势,又确保项目结果可控、建设单位思想得到充分实现。介绍了EPC项目招标,设计、施工及采购管理等方面的部分经验。
The EPC management mode of engineering construction projects is gradually rising in China.The role of the construction unit in the management process is discussed so as to embody the advantages of EPC management and ensure that the project results can be controlled and the ideas of the construction unit can be fully realized.Some experiences in bidding,design,construction and procurement management of EPC project are introduced.
