摘要
泰国ZAWTIKA1B为一气田开发项目,包括4座新建海洋石油平台,位于缅甸马达班湾(Gulf of Martaban),业主为泰国石油勘探和生产公司(PTTEP)。平台所使用不锈钢管线除普通不锈钢材质外,还涉及双相不锈钢。本文以ZAWTIKA1B项目为例,详细介绍了不锈钢管线酸洗钝化的施工步骤及质量控制过程,为同类型工作提供一定参考。
ZAWTIKA Project Phase 1B is a gas field development project, 4 new offshore oil platforms contained, located in the Gulf of martaban, myanmar, owned by PTTEP. besides ordinary stainless steel, duplex stainless steel is used as the material of piping. Take this project as example, described the detail applying and quality control procedure of pickling and passivating for stainless steel piping, as conference for other similar works.
