随着现代能源供需关系日益紧张,油田的油气运输事业也面临着巨大的挑战。虽然我国已经建成的长输管道很多,但是仍然无法满足油气资源需求量的实际增长,因此,长输管道建设仍然是油田一项非常重要的任务,而施工风险管理是长输管道建设的核心所在,长输管道系统关系着油气运输的安全、稳定,不断提升长输管道管道工程施工风险管理具有十分重要现实意义。

During the process of protective construction, oil and gas long-distance pipelines are often affected by climatic conditions or other factors, resulting in increased difficulty in anti-corrosion construction, and the actual anti-corrosion effect can not achieve the expected results. Because oil and gas long-distance pipelines have a long service life, they are prone to aging corrosion during their operation, and even lead to oil and gas leakage in severe cases. In view of this, in the anti-corrosion construction and maintenance process of oil and gas long-distance pipelines, it is necessary to strictly control the quality of anti-corrosion construction, so as to fully ensure the safe operation of the first pipeline.
