摘要
通过阐述部分油气运输钢质管道的服役现状及其原因,分析了管线防腐层完整的重要性,简述了埋地管道防腐层的检测要求,介绍了碳纤维复合材料及其适用于管道补强的特性,综述了该材料在油气运输管道补强中的施工流程及注意事项,列举了碳纤维复合材料在管道补强及其他工程应用中的实例。
By expounding the service status and reasons of some steel pipelines for oil and gas transportation.The importance of the integrity of pipeline coatings is analyzed.The detection requirements of buried pipeline anti-corrosion layer are briefly introduced.The characteristics of carbon fiber composite and its application to pipeline reinforcement are introduced.The construction process and matters needing attention of this material in the reinforcement of oil and gas transportation pipeline are summarized. Examples of carbon fiber composites used in pipeline reinforcement and other engineering applications are presented.
