肌力训练联合动态关节松动术在冻结肩松解术后康复中的应用 被引量:15

摘要 目的探讨冻结肩患者经冻结肩松解术治疗后开展肌力训练并配合动态关节松动术治疗的效果,分析患者术后关节活动所受的影响,为患者术后康复治疗提供指导。方法抽取我院2016年5月至2018年5月符合标准的84例冻结肩患者,分为对照组与研究组,各42例。患者均接受关节镜下关节囊松解术,并在术后给予肌力训练,在此基础上给予研究组动态关节松动术,评价并对比两组治疗效果,测量并对比两组患肩关节活动改善情况。结果研究组临床有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论冻结肩松解术后给予患者肌力训练并配合动态关节松动术可增强治疗效果,大大缓解了患者患肩疼痛程度,其肩关节功能明显改善,关节活动度增加,疗效确切。
