摘要
对电动汽车用某同轴式两挡电驱动桥换挡过程和换挡品质的影响因素进行了分析,提出了冲击度约束下驱动电机清扭矩和恢复扭矩的控制方法、驱动电机“重叠同步调速”控制方法以及换挡电机三闭环分段控制方法。基于仿真软件AMESim建立了电驱动桥换挡控制仿真模型,并与Simulink控制策略进行联合仿真验证,结果表明,所制定的控制策略与对照组控制策略相比,缩短了换挡时间,降低了换挡冲击,有效地改善了换挡品质。
The shift process and the influence factors of the shift quality for a coaxial two-speed drive axle of electric vehicle are analyzed,and the control method of the drive motor's clearing and restoring torque under the constraint of degree of jerk,the control method of the drive motor's "overlapping synchronous speed regulation" and the three-closed- loop piecewise control method of shift motor are proposed.Based on the simulation software AMESim,the simulation model of the shifting control of the electric drive axle is established,and the simulation verification is conducted jointly with the Simulink control strategy.The simulation results show that compared with the control strategy of the control group,the proposed control strategy can shorten the shift time,reduce the shift jerks,and effectively improve the shift quality.
