Engineering application demand drives the research on cost measurement standard,but corresponding compilation for mature new construction methods often lags behind practice.Through the example of trenchless rehabilitation and renewal municipal project based on pipe-bursting/splitting construction method,the paper identifies advantages and disadvantages of the model for cost index and consumption quota,and indicates the scope of application.Demonstrates the technical route,explains quota planning,consumption standard survey, cost level estimation,quota application and its supplement,provides the guideline for cost measurement standard compilation of similar mature new construction methods.
