In order to avoid investment going out of control for industrial park construction project,this paper summarizes the key points of investment control in three aspects:the life cycle of the project,the cost composition,and the type of device,by analyzing the causes of overspending and data that constitute the investment.Finally,according to the key points of investment control and the causes of overspending,puts forward the relevant measures to effectively control investment.
