车轮不同磨耗状态对铁路罐车动力学性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 针对铁路罐车车轮旋修后的车辆动力学性能变化,对车轮轮缘踏面的外形进行了测量与统计分析。建立了多种车轮磨耗状态的铁路罐车动力学分析模型,从蛇行失稳临界速度、动态曲线通过、运行平稳性等方面探讨了车轮磨耗后的多种典型恶劣型面对车辆动力学性能的影响。 In view of the changes of dynamics performance of cars after the turning repair of wheels for railway tank cars, the measurement and statistics analysis are carried out on the contour of the wheel flange tread. The dynamics simulation analysis software UM for vehicle systems is used to set up the dynamics analysis model for railway tank cars with several wear conditions of wheels. The effects of several typical bad tread contour of worn profile on the dynamics performance of vehicles are discussed from such aspects as the critical hunting speed, dynamic curve negotiation and ride comfort.
