摘要
当前自行火炮底盘与火力系统匹配仅考虑发射时车体振动对炮口扰动的影响,没有考虑其对车载设备、连续射击等造成的影响。同时相关匹配都是在最大射程角下进行的,没有考虑射角的变化对匹配结果的影响。针对上述问题,在综合考虑发射振动对炮口扰动、车载设备和连续射击等造成的影响基础上,重新建立自行火炮底盘与火力系统的匹配指标。为了兼顾射角的变化对匹配结果的影响,根据自行火炮发射时的振动特点,将自行火炮发射动力学模型分解为3个不同方向的简化振动模型。同时针对每个模型建立上述匹配指标的计算模型,并对其特性进行详细分析。根据3个简化模型之间的关系建立了匹配策略。最后通过实例验证了匹配的有效性和合理性。
At present,the matches between the chassis and the fire system of a self-propelled artillery only consider the effect of vehicle vibration on muzzle disturbances,but not on the effect of vehicle equipment and the requirements of continuous firing.At the same time,the matches are carried out at the maximum range angle,while firing angles’changes are not considered.To solve the above problems,the matching indexes between the chassis and the fire system of a self-propelled artillery are established firstly,which are based on the impacts of the launching vibration on muzzle disturbances,the safeties of vehicle equipment,the requirements of continuous firing,etc.Secondly the model of a self-propelled gun in firing is decomposed into three simplified models,which could consider the influences of firing angles’change on match results.Meanwhile computation models of simplified models’matching indexes are built respectively,and their properties are analysed indetails.Then the matching strategy is established according to the relationships among three simplified models.Finally the matching is proved to be reasonable and effective by a living example.
