Web2.0环境下创新团队生成性学习研究

Research on generative team learning in Web 2.0 environments

协同创新作为一个动态的过程,需要创新团队成员不断学习,获得创新性知识和结果.不同于传统的、面对面工作和学习模式,Web2.0使团队成员乐于接受新想法,探索交互学习的新方法,促进创新团队的出现和学习.基于此,首先分析基于Web2.0应用的创新团队生成性学习模式,之后构建投入、过程和结果的生成性过程框架,以期为支持创新团队持续学习提供研究方向和方法指导.

Collaborative innovation is a dynamic process.It requires innovative team members to constantly learn and acquire innovative knowledge and results.Unlike traditional,face-to-face modes of learning,Web 2.0 technologies can promotethe emergence and learning of innovative teams in which team members are open to new ideas,explore new ways of interacting learning.Firstly,this paper analyze the generative learning ways of innovative teams based on Web 2.0,and then builds framework of input,process and result of generative process.It offers directions for research as well as ways to support continuous learning for innovative team.
