摘要
为解决液力变矩器手工滚铆加工效率低这一难题,该文以YJH195中等型号冲焊型液力变矩器涡轮外环滚铆加工为研究基础。着重解决滚铆机主轴的平稳升降滚铆加工问题,该文在平衡阀基本平衡回路的液压系统基础上增加液控单向阀对其改进,并对主轴液压缸相关参数进行设计。通过对滚铆机主轴液压系统的设计与研究,对汽车液力变矩器的制造和应用具有一定的促进作用。
In order to solve the problem of low efficiency of manual rolling riveting in torque converter,this paper is based on the outer ring rolling riveting of the YJH195 medium type torque converter.Focusing on solving the problem of smooth lifting and hoisting of the rolling riveting machine spindle,this paper adds the pilot check valve to improve the hydraulic system of the basic balance circuit of the balancing valve,and designs the relevant parameters of spindle hydraulic cylinder.Through the design and research of the hydraulic system of the machine spindle,it can promote the manufacturing and application of the automotive torque converter.
