摘要
液压系统的突出优点之一是功率密度比大,在要求出力大、重量轻的工况下需要使用超高压系统。该文设计了一种具备130MPa输出能力的超高压液压系统,介绍了主要元件设计过程及超高压液压系统实验要点。
One of the outstanding advantages of hydraulic system is the high power density ratio,which requires the use of ultra-high pressure system under the conditions of large output and light weight.In this paper,an ultra-high pressure hydraulic system with 130 MPa output capacity is designed.The design process of main components and the experimental points of ultra-high pressure hydraulic system are introduced.
