摘要
重水堆装卸料机依靠管嘴组件与反应堆通道抱卡在一起,换料时装卸料机与燃料通道相通,形成主回路的延伸,二者之间依靠管嘴静态密封圈实现密封。为了保证换料过程密封可靠,需要对管嘴抱卡泄漏率进行检测,满足泄漏标准才能执行打开压力边界的操作。该文通过介绍装卸料机管嘴抱卡的密封结构和密封原理及抱卡泄漏率测试原理,分析了影响管嘴抱卡泄漏率超标的原因及处理方法,提高了缺陷的定位和处理效率,降低了管嘴抱卡泄漏率超标缺陷的发生频率,并取得了较为理想的效果。
In heavy water reactor,fuelling machine clamps on reactor channel forms the extension of the primary heat transport system and sealed by the static seal when refueling.In order to ensure the reliability of the seal,it is necessary to test the leakage rate of the snout clamp assembly,and the operation of opening the pressure boundary can be performed only if the leakage rate standard are met.The article introduces sealing structure、sealing principle and the testing principle of the leakage rate of the snout clamp,analyzes the cause and treatment of the leakage rate exceeding the standard of the snout clamp,improves the location and treatment s efficiency of the defects,and reduces the frequency of the leakage rate of exceeding the standard of the snout clamp,and it has achieved good effect.
