摘要
介绍了液力传动箱体的结构,针对箱体在焊接过程中会出现的焊接变形等方面的问题进行了分析。根据箱体的结构特点,结合工厂的实际条件,经过工艺实验,制定了合理的焊接工艺方案,解决了箱体的焊接变形控制、箱体调整、应力消除等问题。
Introduced the structure of fluid transmission housing,the housing will appear in the welding deformation and other issues are analyzed.According to the structure characteristics of the housing,based on the actual condition of the factory,through the process experiment,the welding process scheme and reasonable,to solve the problem of welding deformation control,adjustment,stress relieving etc.
