摘要
习近平总书记把意识形态工作提到了极端重要的战略高度。高校作为意识形态工作的重要阵地面临诸多挑战。辅导员是学校党委和各级管理部门同广大学生联系的桥梁,是高校意识形态工作管理权的主要践行者,充当着高校意识形态工作的组织者、协调者、执行者和反馈者角色。辅导员应通过强化导向、柔性管理,统筹力量、凝聚共识,坚守底线、占领阵地,整合反馈、据实而动等具体路径以有效实现高校意识形态工作管理权。
General Secretary Xi Jinping has raised the ideological work to the strategic height of “extremely important”.Colleges and universities, important front of ideological work as we know, are facing many challenges.Political instructors serve as the bridge between Party committees, management departments at all levels and students, and act as the main practitioners of ideological work in Colleges and universities, missions which assign their roles as organizer, coordinator, executor and provider of feedback of ideological work.The specific ways to effectively realize the management power of ideological work in Colleges and universities include 1) strengthening guidance and flexible management;2) coordinating forces and cohesing consensus;3) sticking to the bottom line and occupying positions;4) integrating feedback and acting on the basis of facts.
