反抱型高压短路接地导线端线夹的构型与分析

摘要 在高压输电线路维护过程中,短路接地的合理性是决定人身与电网安全的关键因素。本文提出了一种反抱型高压短路接地线的导线端线夹。通过建立左抱杆的运动学模型并进行运动学求解,得到左抱杆下端点的运动学参数。其次对抱杆的夹紧力进行了理论解析,利用相关软件分析主要参数对抱杆与高压导线间夹紧力和抱杆开合效率的影响,证实具有较高的导线端线夹可靠性和开合效率。 During the maintenance of HV transmission line, the reasonableness of short-circuit grounding wires is the major determinant of the safety of people and power grid.In this paper, a new kind of anti-lock clamp of short-circuit grounding wires for HV transmission line is proposed.The kinematics parameters of the lower extreme point of the left arm are obtained by establishing and solving the kinematics equation of the left arm.Secondly, the clamping force of the left arm has been analyzed theoretically.Meanwhile, the influence of main parameters to the clamping force between the holding rod and HV transmission line, the switching efficiency of the holding rod has been analyzed by correlative software.The conclusion shows the wire end clamp has high reliability and switching efficiency .
