摘要
某水电厂灯泡贯流式水轮机组转子中心体与励磁引线支撑块焊缝区域反复发现裂纹。转子支臂根部励磁引线支撑块焊缝区域应力集中严重,焊接质量不佳,在交变载荷作用下,裂纹在此区域萌发,扩展到转子中心体。文中介绍了转子中心体裂纹情况,分析了裂纹产生原因,提出了处理措施和对应的焊接工艺。
The cracks were found repeatedly in the weld area between the rotor center part and the magnetic poles wire support block of a bulb type tubular turbine unit.The cracks germinated in the weld area, extended to rotor center part under a action of alternating load, because of existing stress concentration severely in the root of rotor arm and poor welding quality.The paper introduces the crack situation, analyzes the causes and puts forward the treatment measures and the corresponding welding process.
