摘要
本文以一典型燃煤电厂脱硝尿素热解与喷射系统为例,利用化学与光谱分析手段对堵塞物成分进行鉴定,对热解炉及喷氨格栅管道堵塞的现象与原因进行分析,对其处理方式与结果进行论证,并对后期运行维护提出指导性建议。
In the paper,taking the denitrification urea pyrolysis and injection system of a typical coal-fired power plant as an example,chemical and spectral analysis methods are used to identity the blockage composition,and the blockage phenomenon and reason of the pyrolysis furnace and the spray ammonia grid pipeline are analyzed.The method and result are demonstrated, and the guiding suggestions are put forward.
