摘要
本文提出了一种具有单侧双向抱扣、防止翻转且移动灵活的滑车装置,在分析其结构特点和原理的基础上,对主要部件进行了力学分析和建立了系统的可靠性模型,最后结合多体软件分析验证了相关主要参数对装置可靠性能的影响,所得结论为同类机构设计和分析提供参考。
In this paper, a pully device with one-sided two-way buckle, anti-turnover and flexible movement is proposed.Based on the analysis of its structural characteristics and principles, the mechanical analysis of the main components and the reliability model of the system are carried out.Finally, the influence of the main parameters on the reliability performance of the device is verified by the analysis of multi-body software.The conclusions can provide reference for the design and analysis of similar mechanisms.
