眶内电针法与眶内针刺法对大鼠动眼神经损伤后眼外肌功能及动眼神经的作用 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨眶内电针法与眶内针刺法对动眼神经损伤模型大鼠眼外肌功能的影响及对动眼神经损伤的作用。方法:随机选取SD大鼠暴露动眼神经,制备动眼神经损伤模型,选取模型制备成功SD大鼠21只,随机分为模型组、眶内电针刺组(A组)、眶内针刺组(B组),每组各7只。另选取仅暴露动眼神经SD大鼠7只为假手术组,选取未进行任何手术处理的SD大鼠7只为空白组。空白组、假手术组、模型组不予治疗,A、B组均行对应的治疗方案,于治疗结束次日检测瞳孔直径、睑裂大小、眼外肌张力、实时荧光定量逆转录聚合酶链反应(qRT-PCR)法检测动眼神经中半乳糖凝集素-1(Galectin-1)mRNA表达。结果:假手术组瞳孔直径大于空白组、睑裂及眼外肌张力小于空白组,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),模型组瞳孔直径大于空白组、睑裂大小及眼外肌肌肉张力小于空白组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组瞳孔直径大于假手术组,睑裂小于假手术组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),B组瞳孔直径大于假手术组、睑裂及眼外肌张力小于假手术组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组瞳孔直径小于模型组、睑裂及眼外肌张力大于模型组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),B组睑裂及眼外肌张力大于模型组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。假手术组Galectin-1 mRNA相对表达量与空白组相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),模型组Galectin-1 mRNA相对表达量低于空白组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组与B组Galectin-1 mRNA相对表达量低于假手术组高于模型组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:眶内电针法与眶内针刺法均可改善动眼神经损伤模型大鼠的眼外肌功能,并具有修复动眼神经损伤作用。 Objective:To investigate the effect of intra-acupuncture electroacupuncture and intra-oral acupuncture on the function of extraocular muscles and the repairing effect on oculomotor nerve injury in rats.Methods:The healthy male SD rats were randomly selected to expose the oculomotor nerve and the oculomotor injury model was prepared.21 rats with successful model were randomly divided into model group,intra-acupuncture electroacupuncture group (group A) and intra-oral acupuncture group (group B),each group had 7 cases.7 rats with oculomotor nerve injury and no oculomotor nerve injury were randomly selected as sham group,and 7 rats without any surgical treatment were selected as control group.The control group,the sham group and the model group were not treated.The group A and the group B were treated.The pupil diameter,cleft palate size and extraocular muscle tension were detected on the next day after the end of treatment.The expression of Galectin-1 mRNA in oculomotor nerve was detected by qRT-PCR.Results:Compared with the control group,there was no significant difference in the sham group ( P >0.05),and the differences in the model group were statistically significant ( P <0.05).Compared with the sham group,the pupil diameter of the group A was larger than sham group,and the cleft palate size was smaller than sham group,the differences were statistically significant ( P <0.05).The pupil diameter of the group B was larger than sham group,the size of the cleft palate and the extraocular muscle tension were smaller than sham group,the differences were statistically significant ( P <0.05).The pupil diameter of the group A was smaller than model group,the size of the cleft palate and the extraocular muscle tension were larger than model group,the differencs were statistically significant ( P <0.05),the size of the cleft palate and the extraocular muscle tension of the group B were larger than sham group,the differences were statistically significant ( P <0.05).Compared with the control group,there was no significant difference in the sham group ( P >0.05),and the differences in the model group were statistically significant ( P <0.05).Compared with the sham group,the relative expression of Galectin-1 mRNA in the group A and the group B was lower than sham group and higher than model group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Both intra-acupuncture electroacupuncture and intra-oral acupuncture can improve the extraocular muscle function of rats with oculomotor injury and have the effect of repairing oculomotor nerve injury.
